EFFECTIVENESS OF GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ON EMPLOYEE VOLUNTARY WORKPLACE BEHAVIOR
The aim of our study is to assess the effectiveness of green human resource management in impacting employee voluntary workplace behavior. It is still unclear how GHRM affects employees' environmentally conscious behavior, though. The current research proposes a combined framework indicating the multiple impacts of GHRM on employees' voluntary workplace green behavior (VWGB), depending on the conservation resource management concept. Path evaluation based on two research mainly confirmed our theories. Surveys were conducted in 2023 among employees of a prominent construction firm that is at the forefront of integrating green methods of management, including Green Human Resource Management. With the assistance of the HR department, we employed a random selection method to choose 450 people from the staff directory. In particular, it was discovered that GHRM increased employees' VWGB through environmental dedication while concurrently lowering it through psychological weariness. The influence of GHRM on psychological tiredness and the link between GHRM and employee VWGB via psychological fatigue were lessened, however, by managerial encouragement of environmental behaviors.
