How Work Engagement and Transformational Leadership Impact Job-Crafting Employees in the Bank Sector
These studies explore various aspects of the Job craft, including the impact of work engagement and transformational Leadership—descriptive research used in this study—quantitative methods. The study's respondents were employees of one of the banking companies in Indonesia, with a total of 166 people, and the questionnaire was used to take data in the field with proportional techniques. The data was processed using the assistance of SEM PLS 3.3.3.2023. The validity of the measuring scale for each concept is valid, with the value above for each concept having values between 0.620 and 0.632, for reliability between 0.954 and 0.969. The results showed that the influence of work engagement and transformational Leadership significantly positively affected job crafting. Transformational Leadership to Meaningful Work has an Original Sample (O) value of 0.279 and a P-value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05. Work Engagement in Job Crafting has an Original Sample (O) value of 0.267 and a P-value of 0.001, more diminutive than 0.05. Based on this value, it can be known that there is a significant favorable influence.
