Methodology to increase the level of service of a veterinary clinic using Lean Service, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence methodologies
The world economy is driven by various initiatives of private companies. Among these types of companies are SMEs, which represent 90% of established companies and contribute approximately 50% of GDP and 70% of formal employment; In the Peruvian case, the importance of SMEs is even greater since they represent 95% of formal companies and provide more than 85% of formal employment. Within the various productive sectors of Peru, veterinary which has seen significant growth in recent years; However, despite the dynamism of this sector, there are various factors that restrict the increase in profits, among which are the low levels of customer service, which influence profitability by not having processes designed to the needs of new consumers. , low costs and automated. Therefore, the objective of the following research was to develop an agile and efficient methodology in customer service processes that allows increasing the profitability of veterinary companies, through the implementation of Lean Service, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence.
