Navigating Challenges and Strategies in University Online Learning: A Post-pandemic Analysis
In response to the enduring impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, this study investigates challenges and strategies in online learning among higher education students. Employing a quantitative approach, the study focuses on a sample of 127 students from a public institution in Selangor, Malaysia. Findings reveal significant challenges, notably in learning environment and resources, emphasizing the need for targeted interventions. Strategies employed by students include Learning Environment Control and Resource Management. These insights provide practical implications for educators and policymakers aiming to enhance the effectiveness of online learning. Future studies could explore nuanced aspects of learning environment challenges and alternative models for peer learning, contributing to the ongoing discourse on optimizing online education in the post-pandemic era.
