Performance Of Implementation Of Education Policy At State Senior High School 21, Bekasi City, West Java Province
The purpose of the study was to examine the Performance of the Implementation of the Education Policy of SMA Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi related to the lack of facilities and infrastructure, declining quality of learning, non-standard learning time, not having land and buildings, and accreditation value still B. The research approach that will be used is a qualitative research approach using descriptive research methods. Data sources are the Principal of SMAN 21 Kota Bekasi, Vice Principal of Curriculum, Vice Principal of Student Affairs, Vice Principal of Facilities and Infrastructure, Subject Teachers, Guidance and Counseling Teachers, Committees, and Students. Data collection techniques are literature studies, documentation, interviews, and observations. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and Conclusions. The results of the study are: 1. The performance of educators in managing the student-centered learning process has a good category. 2. The leadership performance of the Head of the Education Unit in Managing the Education Unit has a good category. 3. Performance in creating a Learning Environment Climate has a good category. 4. The literacy skills of SMA Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi have increased the most among other indicators. Of all the achievements this year, Literacy ability is the indicator with the best achievement. However, Learning quality is the indicator with the lowest achievement, one of which is caused by the low Learning Method.
