The Impact of E-Nursing on Customer Satisfaction
The quick adoption of tech in healthcare has led to "e-nursing" – nurses using digital tools and telehealth to improve patient care. This study looks at how e-nursing affects customer (patient) satisfaction in healthcare. We used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey given to 400 patients who used e-nursing services at different hospitals. The survey measured aspects of e-nursing (like how well it communicates how easy it is to access, and how it responds) and overall customer satisfaction using a 5-point Likert scale. We crunched the numbers, including basic stats, correlation analysis, and multiple regression using SPSS. The results showed that more e-nursing leads to happier patients, with good communication having the biggest effect. This paper talks about these findings compared to other research, what they mean for nursing and healthcare management, and suggests ideas to study further and make things better in practice.
