The study aimed to investigate the effect of job satisfaction on the productivity of paramedics working for the Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Makkah region. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive-analytical method was employed. The study population consisted of all employees of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Makkah region, and the sample included 310 employees. HAIs are a patient and HCWs concern; nevertheless, few scholars investigate the factors contributing to HAIs incidence. The rationale for this study was to determine awareness level on HAIs among HCWs in Saudi Arabia and their stance towards the issue.
