Endometriosis is a chronic, multifactorial gynecological disorder often mistaken for routine menstrual symptoms, leading to significant diagnostic delays. This condition is characterized by complex pathophysiology, with manifestations including severe pelvic pain, nausea, fatigue, gastrointestinal issues, and, in many cases, infertility. These symptoms contribute to its misdiagnosis, affecting millions of women globally and underscoring the urgent need for improved diagnostic approaches. The development of a reliable, cost-effective, and non-invasive diagnostic method is critical to improving

The global emphasis on rapid development underscores the importance of harnessing renewable energy sources. Among these, hydropower primarily through hydrokinetic turbines. Savonius turbines, known for their effective characteristics in generating hydrokinetic energy, are particularly efficient in environments with weak or low-speed water flows. Various strategies have been implemented to optimize the overall efficiency and performance of these turbines. This study reviews the optimization efforts aimed at maximizing the parameters influencing turbine performance. Key factors include the Tip S

Intensifying climate change increases the vulnerability of coastal regions, especially in developing countries like Indonesia, where socioeconomic and environmental impacts are interconnected. Brebes, Indonesia, faces severe compound flooding caused by land subsidence, sea-level rise, and extreme weather events, which disrupt local economies and livelihoods. Milkfish farming has been identified as a viable community-based micro-enterprise that can enhance the economic resilience of coastal communities. This study highlights the importance of adaptive governance and the blue economy as framewor
