These studies explore various aspects of the Job craft, including the impact of work engagement and transformational Leadership—descriptive research used in this study—quantitative methods. The study's respondents were employees of one of the banking companies in Indonesia, with a total of 166 people, and the questionnaire was used to take data in the field with proportional techniques. The data was processed using the assistance of SEM PLS 3.3.3.2023. The validity of the measuring scale for each concept is valid, with the value above for each concept having values between 0.620 and 0.632,

Hydraulic fracturing is frequently carried out in various parts of the world in the oil and gas industry to enhance production, addressing issues such as low permeability or formation damage around the wellbore. The design of fracturing fluids used in hydraulic fracturing operations predominantly consists of water. Using water as the primary base material in the formulation of fracturing fluids presents its own challenges, especially in fields far from clean water sources, making the use of distilled water expensive. Therefore, research has been developed to create fracturing fluids using form

Propagation and cultivation of chlamydospore from spore induction technique had successfully studied to become a promising technique in grey oyster mushroom spawn production. However, an increase volume of this technique is never been tested to ensure large scale ability production. Therefore, a study was conducted to examine the possibility of propagating and cultivating chlamydospore in a 2.5 L stirred tank bioreactor. The inoculums used were a month and 5 months storage of chlamydospore and were compared with the same storage duration of mycelium culture from tissue culture technique. As ex

The Flores Geothermal Power Plant, located on Mount Poco Leok in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, can produce up to 10 MW of electricity, but its current status is only 8 MW. With three production wells available, only the second well (U-02 well) is active to generate electricity, while the inactive U-01 well has a downhole problem and the U-03 well has technical evaluations. The scope of this article is to discuss technical analysis of U-02 and U-03 well pressure connectivity, well flow simulations, scaling analysis, pipeline layout, and heat and pressure loss piping modeling. Financial analysi

Cement brick is the primary building material. Until now, this building material continues to be developed in various ways, such as by adding reinforcement to cement bricks. Recently, many researchers have used natural materials as reinforcements. One of the natural materials being researched is natural materials from plantation waste. In Indonesia, there are many oil palm plantations. This plantation has side impacts, such as plantation waste in the form of oil palm fronds. Palm fronds are produced from pruning fronds that are no longer productive (pruning process). Palm oil frond waste is a
