Effect of Fibre Concentration on Mechanical Properties of Diss/Epoxy Bio-composite

This study investigates the mechanical characteristics of a bio-composite comprising Diss fibbers reinforced within an epoxy matrix. Through rigorous testing, including tensile and Charpy impact assessments, the study evaluates parameters like Young's modulus and impact energy. By varying the weight percentages of Diss fibbers in the composite, ranging from 0% to 30%, the investigation explores the material's behaviour under different reinforcement levels. The findings reveal a significant enhancement in both tensile strength and impact resistance as the proportion of Diss fibbers increases. P

Readiness for coronary artery disease, tools, management, applications, assessments: a review

Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) tools are software applications or digital tools designed to aid in the management, diagnosis, and treatment of CAD disease. These tools serve various purposes such as providing imaging and diagnostic capabilities, assessing the risk of CAD development or cardiac events, offering decision support to healthcare professionals, facilitating cardiac rehabilitation, enabling remote monitoring of patients, and promoting medication adherence. By leveraging these tools, healthcare providers can enhance accuracy, optimize treatment decisions, improve patient engagement, an

Review of face emotion recognition systems using images: techniques, databases, and challenges

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies have decreased the gap between humans and machines. Particularly, machine learning algorithms and deep learning algorithms are applied in various applications. One of these applications is facial emotion identification. Facial expressions are considered an important tool between people as a non-verbally communication and showing the people's emotional states. The technique of facial emotion recognition can be presented as an assistant tool and used in several domains such as the healthcare sector, education, and E-commerce. However, the recognition of

Refining Jensen-Mercer inequality via weight function with its applications

In this manuscript, we present refinement of the discrete Jensen Mercer inequality using double weight functions. Subsequently, we introduce an integral version of this proposed approach. Furthermore, we explore its applications in contexts such as the Ky Fan inequality, arithmetic and geometric means, arithmetic and harmonic means, logarithmic means, and Identical means.

The Residue Analysis Due to High Salinity of Produce Water Based Fracturing Fluid: A Laboratory Study

The residue created by water-based fracturing fluids is still a shortcoming in their application. This is related to formation damage induced by hydraulic fracturing. The use of water in the manufacturing of water-based fracturing fluids is one of the sources of the ensuing residue level. Production water has been extensively researched as a source of water for the production of fracturing fluids. Previous research has found that the presence of monovalent and divalent ions influences the viscosity of the fracturing fluid. Furthermore, dissolve ions in the produce water also increase the water
