The increasing complexity of tasks on mobile devices has escalated energy consumption, impacting both user experience and the environment. This review focuses on optimizing energy efficiency in mobile edge computing (MEC) by leveraging machine learning (ML) techniques, particularly Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL). MEC aims to offload computational tasks to the network's edge, thereby reducing the energy burden on mobile devices by utilizing
Revealing Fixed Points in Mappings That Challenge F-Contraction in Incomplete Extended b-Metric SpacesThis study explores the possibility that fixed points exist in ordered extended b-metric spaces by relaxing the condition of completeness. It presents non-F-contraction mappings with specific monotonicity properties and a new notion of multilinear altering functions. Two main theorems are proved that show the circumstances in which these mappings have fixed points, thus broadening the conventional application of fixed point theorems.
Enhancement of rotary triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) frictional charge with rotor angular speed controlA Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) is a capacitive energy harvesting technology based on contact electrification and electrostatic induction. When rubbing two surfaces of triboelectric materials with different electronegativities will generate frictional charges on the surfaces. The rotary TENG model consisting of a rotor and a stator with different dielectric film surfaces has a good energy conversion efficiency level to harvest mechanical energy. An increase in the angular velocity of the RF-TENG rotor can increase the generation of frictional charges by 0.53%. The stability of rotor angul
Machine Learning Based Data Access Control in Cloud Computing: A Comprehensive ReviewThis review article provides a detailed analysis of the application of machine learning (ML) models in data access control within cloud computing environments, focusing on advancements, challenges, and future research directions. The analysis highlights three main aspects: ML-based access control models, traditional access control mechanisms, and performance evaluation metrics. In ML-based models, Deep Learning (47.06%) and Random Forest (20%) were most frequently adopted, showing superior performance in handling large datasets and real-time data processing. Traditional mechanisms like Attribu
Effects of Durian Seed Meal on Nitrogen Retention, AMEn, Performance, and Carcass Quality of Broilers: A Corn Meal AlternativeThis research aims to examine nitrogen retention, metabolic energy (AMEn) value, performance and carcass quality of broiler chickens using durian seed waste (Durio zibethinus) potential alternatives to replace corn meal in poultry feed. The study employed a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and five replications for each treatment, involving five chickens per replication. The treatments included different levels of durian seed meal (DSM) replacement in the rations replace corn meal: 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40% or DSM use of 0%; 5%; 10%; 15%; 20% in rations broiler chickens |
